Note Studio
In your life and your organisation, there is so much information to keep on top of. Note Studio allows you to create notebooks for this task. Pages in these notebooks can be linked together, just like web pages on the internet.

I’ve been experimenting with different pieces of software to help organize and keep track of my life that would span both my Windows laptop and my Palm Treo. I’ve looked at Daynotez, Life Balance, Shadow Plan, and probably a few others.

I’ve finally settled on something called Note Studio, which is a very flexible wiki-like system that will do well for both general record keeping and project management. Similar to TiddyWiki, it’s a client-side piece of software, but with the key additional feature that it runs on both the Palm OS and Windows and can synchronize between the two. It also stores everything in XML, so the possibility of mining the data (or, more likely, transferring it to a successor program) is there.
