Adobe Acrobat tip
Today I sent back the proofs of a manuscript and had to sign a copyright transfer form. In the past, I’d print it out, sign it, scan it and turn it back into a pdf file. Because I’m moving offices, this was inconvenient, and it turns out that there’s an easy way to do this. If you have a scanned image of your signature, you can copy it into the clipboard. Acrobat as an option where you can stamp a document with the contents of the clipboard, and then Bob’s your uncle.
