There’s a thick wet snow coming down. This is what it looked like this morning, although there’s at least another inch that’s accumulated since then. I have friends who are planning to make up their minds today about a job offer from another university, and I fear that this could be the flake that broke the camel’s back.

It’s very pretty, but still…
