When i lived at an apartment near an intersection in Urbana, I would occasionally wake up in the middle night when police officers would pull over and interrogate suspected drunk drivers ten or fifteen feet from my apartment window.
Anyway, before any motor skill or breathalyzer tests the officer would call and wait for another car to arrive so a second officer could videotape the administration of all the tests.
Of course, if the first officer was just wearing a mobile camera on his head he could have saved a lot of time…
